Yup, The Alsana, formerly known as Castlewood, saga of unethical behavior continues. Now they are under investigation for insurance fraud. So next time you are upset about the rise in health care premiums, remember that fraud like this is a MAJOR contributor. The insurance companies have to cover their losses somehow. And where there is smoke, there is usually fire, as the saying goes. I am willing to bet there is more of this kind of accusation against Alsana/Castlewood we just haven's found it...yet.
